Megan Ramsey, piano
Megan Ramsey’s love for music began at a young age, watching her mom teach piano lessons at home. At five years old, she finally convinced her mom to start giving her lessons. Throughout her grade school years, Megan performed special music at church and competed in various music competitions. She also explored other instruments, learning flute at eight and percussion in middle school, and joining the handbell choir in high school, which she continued into college.
Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts in music performance, where she expanded her musical knowledge by studying viola, organ, and choral conducting. Although piano has always been her primary instrument, she enjoys playing a variety of instruments. Megan teaches piano at Brooklyn Arts Music Academy, sharing her passion for music with students. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time with friends.
