Music Together® Enrollment

Please complete this form to apply for enrollment in Music Together®. Our program runs year-round, with a 9-week fall session, 9-week winter session, 9-week spring session and a 6-week summer session. While we accept new enrollments anytime (space permitting), we encourage everyone to enroll at the beginning of a session to get the most out of the class experience. And most importantly, the learning for your child is maximized, because we know that music learning occurs over time (rather than in a drop-in format). We can't wait to make music with you and your family!
