Music Is Life!
Brooklyn Arts Music Academy’s Music Is Life! program uses music as a powerful tool to support children’s social emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development—offering free access to music education for those who need it most.
Preschool Program
Free, weekly preschool music classes, featuring violin and harp instruction, introduce young children to music while building focus, self-regulation, and joy through hands-on learning and play. Music is Life! preschool classes are offered at New Hanover County preschools.
Scholarship Program
Students selected for need-based scholarships receive comprehensive music training, including weekly individual lessons, group classes, and performance opportunities that enrich their growth and resilience.
